A helping hand to ensure you know where you are in relation to the pre-planned route for each day of the tour.
Track fellow tourers on the event when ‘location sharing is turned on’ which also offers peace of mind so the organisers can help guide you if lost.
The navigate feature within the app allows you to choose a waypoint further into the planned route and the app offers you the option to use your preferred navigation app.
Select either Apple Maps or Google Maps and they will navigate you on the fastest route to your chosen destination using their software.
Latest news feature for customers to keep up to date with latest events and blogs Important… GTTourz will issue with a username and password when you join the tour.
Log in with the allocated username and password (You can update this later to one of your choice) Click on the icon to add an Avatar or pic of your car.
Add a team name and Instagram handle then click ‘Save’.
Routes for each day will be updated daily during the tour by GTTourz.
Navigate screen shows your blue locator in relation to the route.
Press the green ‘Start’ button to share your location.
Please choose ‘Always share your location’ when asked to enable the tracking feature.
To update daily route please click on the ‘Cog’ in the top right of the ‘navigate’ screen and click ‘Load / Update Route’ You will receive a ‘pop up’ with Map updated successfully when complete.
Please Note: The GTTourz App is not a navigation app that will guide you, it is an aid to help ensure you stay on the correct route or to get you back to the pre-recced route if you get lost.
